Delivery lead time is 4-6 working days on all orders however for our large underground rainwater tanks please allow 7-14 days.
Price is included to mainland UK, quotations for highlands and islands available on request.
We use a number of different hauliers and also deliver on our own vehicles. We try to provide a tracking number for all orders but can accept customer enquiries by phone and email if you don’t receive a tracking number.
Decorative water butt orders will be palletised curbside deliveries. The customer being home to accept the delivery is advised but not essential.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
